Expert in thermal turbine and thermal energy engineering, graduated from Tsinghua University, the first doctor of engineering in my country. He used to be the chief engineer of Harbin Steam Turbine Plant and Harbin Electric Group, deputy general manager of Harbin Power Equipment Co., Ltd., and elected as an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering in 1997. He is currently a senior consultant and deputy director of the Science and Technology Committee of China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group Co., Ltd. He has been committed to the design and research of thermal turbines and thermal energy engineering for a long time, and proposed a series of new design concepts and methods; localized and optimized the imported 300MW and 600MW steam turbines, whose performance exceeds the imported technology; presided over the development of high-efficiency, Safe and light-weight long blade series; research on reducing coal consumption for thermal power is being implemented, with huge economic and social benefits. He has published more than 20 papers at home and abroad, and won three national and ministerial awards.
